When it comes to downsizing, estate clearing, or preparing for a major move, finding a team willing to go the extra mile—literally—makes all the difference.
At Soft Landings, our care doesn’t stop at the Calgary city limits. While Calgary is our hub, our signature purple-flowered van, Lovey, is constantly cruising highways, gravel roads, and mountain passes across Southern Alberta!
From high-rise urban condos to sprawling rural acreages and mountain retreats, we don’t rest until you’ve landed softly.
Where We Work
Whether you’re transitioning to a senior living community, managing a family estate, or staging a home for sale, we bring our full turnkey service directly to your doorstep across:
- Greater Calgary Area: Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Cochrane, & Okotoks
- Foothills & Southern Region: High River, Priddis, De Winton, Bragg Creek, Turner Valley, & Black Diamond
- Bow Valley & Mountains: Canmore, Banff, Exshaw, & Kananaskis
- Rural & Agricultural Hubs: Strathmore, Rocky View County, Foothills County, Wheatland County, & surrounding areas
Farms, Acreages & Generational Homesteads
Downsizing a townhome is one thing; clearing out a generational farm or acreage with barns, workshops, and outbuildings is a whole different ballgame.
We specialize in these big, complex projects:
- Large-Scale Clear-Outs: Sorting through barns, shops, garages, and outbuildings.
- Value Recovery: Appraising, listing, and managing sales for tools, equipment, antiques, and unique collections to put money back in your pocket.
- Broom-Swept Finish: Handling donations, recycling, and final clean-outs so the property is completely market-ready.
The Soft Landings Difference
We handle the heavy lifting from start to finish—packing, appraising, moving, and complete resettlement. On move-in day, we don’t just drop off boxes: we make the beds, organize the kitchen, hang the art, and welcome you home.
